The month of December is the month of opportunities. It is a chance for change,appreciation, and love. With our busy schedules and stressful commitments, itcan be hard to actually stop and enjoy ourselves. This month showcases thecharacteristics of society by putting people under stressful and joyfulsituations. Two opposing outlooks.
Its time to get in the holiday spirit. We propose you a different way to do it. From the calm of nature, going deep into the heard, relaxing time to createhandmade gifts for the ones you love, let fly your creativity and create yourhome decorations.
December is the end of a long stretch of time,

• 1 excursion; active meditation session.
• Christmas gift session with Elizabeth. Macramé workshop to make a homemade gift forsomeone we love. Wrap it in a beautiful box and keep it until Christmas Eve!
