It’s Christmas once a year! I propose some rich and easy chocolates, which you do not have to cook. They are vegan, gluten-free and very healthy! What else do you want! These Mallorcan almond and salt rocks are a trip around the island.
They look beautiful, elegant and taste great! Let’s compete with the Rochers! You only need a tablet of dark chocolate and raw almonds with skin. I like to add a touch of salt. It is very chic.
1 bar of dark chocolate,
about 100 g ¼ coconut oil Raw unpeeled almonds,
150 g Sea salt flakes, I used Mallorcan Flor de Sal
Break the chocolate bar in a bowl and add the coconut oil. You are melting it in the microwave at intervals of 39 seconds, so it does not burn. Add the almonds to the melted chocolate and mix well. You cover a tray with baking paper and with a spoon, you create individual portions, a measure of chocolate. Add a little salt and leave them in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before eating.
