50 gr of medjoul dates
40gr cashew butter
1 tbsp vanilla essence
120gr natural coconut yogurt
30gr fine flakes of oats
Natural compote of apricots (I have the recipe in my featured-recipes)
Fresh mint leaves
Orient cherries (Mallorca)
Steps to follow:
Crush the dates with the butter, vanilla, yogurt.
start filling a glass in layers. You can give the cream a pinkish color, simply by adding some cherries to the mixture.
Cream, oatmeal, compote, oatmeal, cream … and so on.
Refrigerate a minimum of two hours or overnight. Before serving, add some cherries and garnish with fresh mint.
