This summer 2023 we focus our campus/retreat for children, on a gastronomic journey in the Sierra de Tramuntana, to nurture the skills of young adults with art and nature.
For two weeks in July, we are going to use the mornings to connect with the most attractive elements of nature, cultivating, maintaining and collecting the ingredients with which we will prepare our dishes.
We are going to enrich our outdoor kitchen with visits to the local market in the town of Soller, to the studio of the artist Francesca Marti, talks with local farmers and olive oil tastings.
We will delve deeply into the natural fermentation process with the sourdough and we will observe the elaboration of the bacteria in the Kombucha.
It is a comprehensive culinary experience in contact with the nature of Mallorca, developing the senses and the art of creativity.
